Tour Plan

1

Day 1 - Rajkot – Dwarka (2 Nights)

Tour Guests will arrive at Rajkot Airport as per their Scheduled flight. Upon arrival they will meet MSM Holidays tour manager at the airport proceed to Dwarka- known as a Hindu pilgrimage site. In the evening we have a short Meet & Greet session.

Day 2 - Dwarka

Today we visit the Dwarkadheesh Temple, Rukmini Temple, Samudra Narayan Temple and Dwarka Lighthouse. We then visit Nageshwar Jyotirling and Bet Dwarka. We also see the Sudama Bridge. After that we witness the evening Aarti.

Day 3 - Dwarka – Porbandar – Somnath (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Somnath. En route we visit Kirti Mandir and Sudama Temple at Porbandar. Upon arrival at Somnath, we visit Bhalka Tirth, and Somnath Temple. In the evening, treat yourself to the divine & mesmerizing sound and light show at the Somnath temple.

Day 4 - Somnath – Diu (2 Nights)

Today morning we visit Triveni Sagam, and Geeta Mandir. Later we proceed to Diu- Known for its natural beaches, Bold History, many other attractions

Day 5 - Diu

Today we explore Diu, we start with visit to Diu Fort – Portuguese-built fortification was built in the during the 16th century. Here we also visit the light house – the highest point on the island and provides a spectacular view of the surrounding. Later we visit Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple – dedicated to the transformer of Hindu trinity, Lord Shiva. We also visit Nagao beach and enjoy water sport activities here on your own.

Day 6 - Diu – Palitana – Bhavnagar (1 night)

Today we proceed to Bhavnagar. En route we visit Hastagiri Jain Tirth – regarded to be a sacred place of the times of Bhagawan Adishvar. Then we visit Shatrunjaya Hill at Palitana. Upon arrival at Bhavnagar we have free time to relax and explore the surroundings.

Day 7 - Bhavnagar – Surat (1 Night)

oday we proceed to Surat by Roro ferry- Surat is known as The Textile City of India

Day 8 - Surat – Dandi – Chennai (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to Dahanu. En route we visit National Salt Satyagraha Memorial at Dandi Beach.

Day 9 - Chennai

Today we enjoy orientation tour of Chennai. We see Marine drive, Elphinstone College, Trident Hotel, Vidhan Bhavan, Mantralaya, Oval Ground, Rajabai clock Tower, Bombay High Court, Flora Fountain/Hutatma Chowk, BMC Building. Later we visit CSMT Railway Station, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya and Chennai Experience Documentary. Further we pass by Reserve Bank of India, Horniman Circle, Asiatic Library, and Bombay Stock Exchange. In the evening we enjoy a short walk around Kala Ghoda Statue, Jehangir Art Gallery, National Gallery of Modern Art, Gateway of India and Girgaon Chowpatty.

Day 10 - Chennai – Alibag (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Alibag by M2M Ferry. After arriving time to relax. Evening take a Horse cart ride to visit Kolaba Fort.

Day 11 - Alibag – Murud (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Murud- The lovely beach town in Raigad district . Upon arrival visit Murud Janjira Fort by Boat- one of the strongest and beautiful marine forts of India

Day 12 - Murud – Harihareshwar – Anjarle – Dapoli (1 Night)

Today proceed to Harihareshwar, Visit Temple and Rock Formation. Later proceed to Anjarle – visit Anjarle Beach view point, Kadyavarcha Ganapati temple. Overnight stay at Dapoli.

Day 13 - Dapoli – Ganaptipule (2 Nights)

Proceed to Ganpatipule, En route Mangrove forest tour (Anjanvel), Prachin Kokan Museum, Visit Swayambhu Ganapati Temple & Beach, Overnight Ganpatipule.

Day 14 - Ganapatipule – Ratnagiri – Ganapatipule

Today we visit - Thiba Palace, Patit Pawan Mandir, Birthplace of Lokmanya Tilak, Ratnadurga Fort and its Light House, further we have some free time for shopping at Ratnagiri.

Day 15 - Ganpatipule – Goa (3 Nights)

Today we proceed to Goa- also known as the 'Pearl of the Orient'

Day 16 - North Goa

Today morning we enjoy Dolphin watching cruise. Later we have free time to enjoy water sports activities like Banana boat, Jet Ski, Bumper boat ride, parasailing at your own cost. Then we visit Fort Aguada- a well-preserved seventeenth-century Portuguese fort, along with a lighthouse.

Day 17 - South Goa

Today we visit Shri Mangesh Temple in Madgaon, Shri Shanta Durga Temple dedicated to Goddess of peace, Shanteri. Later we enjoy Old Goa Heritage Walk and witness the most fascinating facts during Portuguese era. We walk through some of the most historically significant buildings, Basilica of Bom Jesus, Se Cathedral, Church of St. Francis of Assissi, Viceroy's Arch etc.

Day 18 - Goa – Gokarna (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to Gokarna- a popular pilgrimage destination for Hindus. En route visit Rock Garden at Karwar.

Day 19 - Gokarna

Today morning we proceed to Om beach here we have free time to enjoy in sea water. Later we visit Mahabaleshwar Temple - a 4th-century CE Hindu temple. Then we enjoy walking tour of gokarna followed by a sunset at Kudle beach.

Day 20 - Gokarna – Udupi (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Udupi- known for its Hindu temples, en-route we enjoy the scenic beauty of Sharavati River. We then visit the Iconic Shiva statue, Murdeshwar Beach and Gopuram and experience the magnificent view of Murdeshwar town. Later we proceed to Udupi.

Day 21 - Udupi – Bekal (2 Nights)

Today morning visit Shri Krishna Matha at Udupi. Further we proceed to Bekal- – a very peaceful and picturesque town.

Day 22 - Bekal

Today morning we visit Bekal Beach & Bekal Fort for an enchanting view of the Arabian Sea. Later we proceed to Nileshwar for a backwater experience, embark on a half day backwater cruise. Experience the simple joys of life, get enhanced by the pleasant harmony of singing birds, green stretches of paddy fields with long rows of swaying coconut palm trees, time seems to stand still while drifting along. We have a stopover at Edayilakkad, popularly known as Monkey Island.

Day 23 - Bekal – Cochin (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Cochin – Popularly known as the Queen of Arabian Sea.

Day 24 - Cochin – Alleppy (1 Night)

Today we visit Chinese Fishing Nets and St. Francis Church at Fort Kochi - one of the oldest European churches in India which has great historical significance. Later we proceed to Muttancherry, here we visit the Jewish Synagogue - oldest active synagogue in the Commonwealth of Nations, Dutch Palace - one of the finest examples of the Kerala style of architecture. Later we proceed to Alleppy.

Day 25 - Alleppy – Jatayu Earth Centre – Thiruvananthapuram (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to Thiruvananthapuram. En route we enjoy the famous Kerala Backwaters ride and admire the scenic sites of lush paddy fields and coconut trees as we sail. Later we visit Jatayu Earth Centre – which stands at an altitude of 350m (1200ft) above the sea level. Jatayu Nature Park holds the distinction of having the world’s largest bird sculpture, which is of Jatayu. Here we take a cable car ride to reach at the main attraction, upon arrival we visit Jatayu Sculpture, Audio -Visual museum, Rama Temple & Mini Theatre. Further we proceed to Thiruvananthapuram.

Day 26 - Thiruvananthapuram

Today we explore Trivandrum city, we visit Padmanabh Swami Temple - is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and the Richest Place of Worship in the World, Raja Ravi Varma Art Gallery - displays original paintings of Raja Ravi Varma, Napier Museum - It contains a host of historical artefacts including bronze idols, ancient ornaments, a temple chariot and ivory carvings. In the evening, we visit magnificent lighthouse at Kovalam beach.

Day 27 - Thiruvananthapuram – Kanyakumari (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Kanyakumari- a coastal town on India's southern tip. Upon arrival we enjoy a ferry ride to Swami Vivekananda Rock Memorial - built in 1970 in honour of Swami Vivekananda, followed by a visit to the meditation hall and the smarak, Kanyakumari Mandir - is one of the 52 Shakti Peethams, Tri Samudra Milan (Triveni Sangam), Gandhi Mandapam - a memorial building with sea views on site where Gandhi's ashes were held after his death. Later we witness the spectacular sunset at Kanyakumari.

Day 28 - Kanyakumari – Rameshwaram (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to Rameshwaram - a town on Pamban Island and is noteworthy for being the place in India that's closest to neighbouring Sri Lanka.

Day 29 - Rameswaram

Today we visit Rameswaram Temple- an exquisite temple in southern India dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is one for the 12 jyotirlingas. This place has a lot of importance in Hindu mythology and Lord Rama and Sita themselves are believed to have built the two lingams currently housed in the temple. Dhanushkodi - a small, sparsely populated beach town on the coast of Tamil Nadu and Adam’s bridge - also known as Rama's Bridge or Rama Setu, is considered as a legendary bridge which is mainly a chain of coral reefs and sandbanks.

Day 30 - Rameshwaram – Velankanni (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Velankanni- The gorgeous beach destination in South India. Upon arrival we visit Velankanni Church-Considered as one of the holiest Christian pilgrimage destination in India. Further we enjoy a beautiful walk through Velankanni Beach

Day 31 - Velankanni – Chidambaram – Pondicherry (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to the tiny town of Chidambaram, which is home to the most iconic Shiva temple in India. We visit the Chidambaram Nataraja temple or Thillai Nataraja temple, one of the ancient temple in South India. In the evening we arrive at Pondicherry- The city which offers glimpse of France in India.

Day 32 - Pondicherry

Today we explore the beautiful city of Pondicherry, we visit Auroville - Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Sri Aurobindo Handmade Paper Factory, Ayee Mandapam - Park Monument (Bharathi Park), Vinayagar Temple, French War Memorial and catholic church - Eglise De Sacre Coeur De Jesus. In the evening we take a wonderful heritage walk in the French colonies.

Day 33 - Pondicherry – Mahabalipuram – Chennai (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to Mahabalipuram - historically important town situated on the Coromandel Coast, along the Bay of Bengal in the state of Tamil Nadu. We visit the most famous Shore Temple, legendary Panch Rath, exquisite Varah Caves, awe-inspiring Arjuna's Penance and fascinating Krishna's Butter Ball. Further we proceed to Chennai- capital city of the state Tamil Nadu, which is known as the ‘Detroit of India’ because many automobile industries are located here. Upon arrival we have free time for shopping.

Day 34 - Chennai

Today we visit Marina Beach- a natural urban beach along the Bay of Bengal. Government Museum- the second oldest museum in the country, Ashtalaxmi Temple- this is the only temple dedicated to Goddess Mahalakshmi on Tamil Nadu’s east coast. Further we take a photo stop at Madras War Memorial and Fort St. George

Day 35 - Chennai – Sriharikota – Nellore (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Sriharikota- a barrier island and the home of India's only satellite launch centre. Upon arrival we enjoy an educational Tour of the Space at Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) in Sriharikota. We Visit Mission Control Centre (MCC), Launch PAD ONE - PSLV, Launch PAD TWO - GSLV, The Static Test & Evaluation Complex (STEX), Space Museum & Gallery. Further we proceed to Nellore- a city located on the banks of Penna River

Day 36 - Nellore – Vijaywada (1 Night)

Today we visit Ranganatha Temple- one of the most revered temples of Nellore. Then we proceed to Vijaywada- The City of Victory. Upon arrival we visit Undavalli Caves- Carved out of a solid sandstone on a hillside. Dating back to the 4th century, the Undavalli Caves were previously Jain Caves which were then converted into a Hindu temple.

Day 37 - Vijaywada – Vizag (3 Nights)

Today we proceed to Vizag- the Jewel of East Coast. Upon arrival we visit Submarine Museum-the first submarine in Asia to be converted into a museum and the second in the world.

Day 38 - Vizag – Borra Caves – Araku Valley – Vizag

Today we proceed to Borra Caves. The caves are basically karstic limestone structures extending to a depth of 80 m (considered as the deepest caves in India). Later we visit Tribal Museum and Ananthagiri Coffee Plantations at Araku.

Day 39 - Vizag

Today we explore Vizag city we visit Rushikonda Beach- a stunning shore located on the coast of the Bay of Bengal, Simhachalam temple- an ornate shrine which is revered to be one of the most important temples in the region, Kailash giri Park- Spread over 100 acres on a hilltop, which offers a panoramic view of the surroundings. Later we take a photo stop at Victory At Sea War Memorial. Further we visit Ram Krishna mission ashram and Dolphin's Nose Lighthouse

Day 40 - Vizag – Brahmapur (1 Night)

Today we visit Kailasgiri Park by ropeway. Further we proceed to Brahmpur- known as the home of Lord Brahma and is usually known as the silk city- the city which is famous for the lustrous ikkat silk sarees in different colours and patterns. Upon arrival we have some free time for shopping

Day 41 - Brahmapur – Chilika – Puri (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to Puri- The ancient city and its history are intertwined with Lord Jagannath. En route visit Chilika Lake - one of the most important wetlands in the world because it is home to a phenomenal variety of birds. We visit Satpada island - a major attraction for spotted Irrawady dolphin.

We visit Jagannath Temple - one of the major pilgrimage centres in India followed by a visit to Chandrabhaga Beach and Arka Khetra Sun Temple Interpretation centre. Later stroll on the sun-kissed beach of Puri and view the breath taking sunset.

Today we visit Amarabati Park- a little natural wonderland. Here we enjoy ropeway ride, later we visit Digha Science centre and national science camp- The key attractions of this place are fun and life science, galleries on reflections, 3D theatre etc. further we drive through Digha gate and visit Digha Mohona Watch Point- the confluence of River Champa and the great Bay of Bengal. Further we witness a beautiful sunset at Digha beach

Day 46 - Digha – Sunderbans (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to Sunderbans- a large coastal mangrove forest, shared by India and Bangladesh. Upon arrival we enjoy a Village walking tour (Socialising with the village people, knowing their simple culture, way of living and tradition). Further we enjoy a beautiful Sunset.

Today we go to the world’s largest single block of ‘Tidal Mangrove Forest’. We board our Boat and head towards the ‘Sunderban Jungle’ swashing through the river, delta canals, we take you inside different wilderness.

Day 48 - Sunderbans – Kolkata (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to Kolkata. the birthplace of Nobel Prize winning writer-thinker Rabindranath Tagore, and a paradise for food lovers.

Day 49 - Kolkata

Today we visit Belur Math – Sri Ramakrishna Temple, old shrine, Swami Vivekananda’s Room, Holy Mother Temple and The Old Math. Then we pass by Eden Gardens and Park Street, followed by Rabindranath Tagore Museum, Victoria Memorial, Howrah Bridge.

Day 50 - Kolkata – Departure

It’s time now to say goodbye to our travel companions. Let’s stay in touch with each other through email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and meet again on yet another memorable tour. See you all!! Tour Guests will proceed to Kolkata airport as per their schedule flight and start their return journey back home.
